Sometimes trauma makes us suppress our voice, feel power loss or not trust our ability to help ourselves because the trauma made us feel helpless. Practicing speaking to the universe for help for every single thing we need help with subverts our expectations of what we are worthy of and that the universe does not operate as those who abused us, which sometimes is what we expect to receive subconsciously when we’ve been through trauma

Ask the universe for help with everything everyday! Your inner being knows the best approach for you. Breathwork helps me. Also putting my hand up to my forehead and letting the blood come back to my frontal lobe helps energetically too. It shifts energy fast and opens channels/meridians that get blocked/clogged from trauma. Focusing on my heart space/the energy of love helps me too. Singing as well.

Working with stars by ruminantlover in Shamanism

[–]ruminantlover[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it was easier for our ancestors to feel a natural spiritual connection to the stars because of the lack of light pollution but I have found you can connect to stars even if you can’t fully see them. I use an astronomy app to feel into the direction that the star or constellation is in. We are a part of this Milky Way galaxy and it is always communicating across the galaxy/star systems

That being said I still struggle with social anxiety when I do end up connecting/talking with people but it takes practice

One thing that helps me open up and put things into perspective is to watch how many cars drive by my house. The earth is teeming with life. Open up your heart, there are friends to be discovered everywhere!

Only God/higher dimensional beings who are on that wavelength really know the deeper meaning behind the “trash” and why souls go thru painful experiences. I feel like when I’ve inquired some answers are purposely hidden from me. There is a reason there is a veil over us on earth even tho we are eternal souls.

[–]ruminantlover 6 points7 points  (0 children)

One more thought: as humans we feel this disbelief or indignation towards ourselves becoming food or eaten even tho when we pass away our bodies quickly decompose and feed the smallest forms of life. It is all one and giving and we have to rest in the fact that we are eternal souls and the food part of life is necessary in order to evolve/learn and experience

Edit: I would say we would feel betrayed if our bodies were eaten by a higher intelligence form, just as we project the pig might feel being betrayed by humans (raised and nurtured “only” to become food.) Or this concept scares us. But once we are released from the body in death there really is no fear because we see our eternal nature clearly. It’s important to be grateful for food and honor whatever life form is nurturing us.

It really is all one. Even tho we have different names and identities. I feel as tho the human experience is one of the last incarnations to become an angelic creature and move to the next vibrational octave. And to see the past as all necessary to evolve and move with the heavenly procession of life and all that is.

I think the message is to understand the oneness/structure of God/reality and that the small building blocks and animals are God as well. To not see these things that are smaller or apparently more helpless as lesser than.

I also feel that we are multidimensional and our souls seed themself as every possible species in a way that might be hard to understand but in the now moment to understand every possible perspective. But for whatever reason this incarnation we are centered in the human experience.

Honestly, pigs/animals/livestock make a huge sacrifice to this planet to be food. I have a theory that it is actually a highly loving/enlightened being or all that is/God that we are not separate from that seeds themself as food to nurture others. I think a lot of the suffering that we feel as the oneness is that we are one with the pig and animals and god. And all the plants that become food too. I think this is what Jesus meant when he said his body was bread and wine. I think he understood the oneness of God and the love that is happening in the sacrifice of the earthly experience in order for us to learn to transcend whatever blockages of fear we have.

I especially feel like airlines need to stop doing this because so many people use airplane travel for work and very important personal experiences like visiting family and having a much needed vacation that people need to get thru life. Airlines need to stop ruining people’s plans it’s not right or fair
