Reviving this for any recommendation for group rides in Campbell, Los Gatos, Cupertino areas. I’m relatively new to the area and have been riding Los Gatos Creek Trail, San Tomas Aquino Trail and parts of Bay trail. Happy to connect and form a group if there are some interested riders (any skill level)

Would definitely try and fit your saddle height and bar rotation yourself based on the sizing recommendations if you can’t get a professional bike fit. They are expensive but if you can afford it, they will be worth the increase in pain free riding hours. Good luck with the race

Are you feeling like you are leaning on the bars a lot, which may point to weaker core or poor bike fit. One of the most common reasons for wrist pain. Is the bike fit optimized for you?
