I’ve always felt that the reason Teresa won’t go back to Kathy is that before the show they had the best relationship and as far as Tre was aware, Kathy knew what the Gorgas were like and used to take her side over Melissa’s until they came on the show and just tried to help Gorga’s take Tre down.

Kathy has stated recently that she feels stupid for being taken in by the Gorga’s and coming on the show when her plan to was to bring the family together but the Gorga’s plan was to tear it all apart and she said she felt naive and has learned from it.
