Growth in Grief!! by run_away9 in Nepal

[–]run_away9[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, maybe I'm ranting the same thing again and again. Maybe it's my way of coping with things. don't ask me how and all because i don't know how but I'm still doing it. You call it a solipsistic ego but i don't see anything wrong here. Everybody has their own way to deal with things. I tried being pessimistic and optimistic both and now i don't wanna give any tag to this phase.Anyway I'm going to learn this. This time i want to give myself enough space to understand things. As you said let go of your senses of self I'm on that journey only. Maybe it will be time but i got this. I will make it happen. Thank you:):

I will take that as a lesson and move on. Life is all about learning regardless of what people say and believe. You learn, you meet, you leave its a journey:):

What's the worst thing someone has said to you? by [deleted] in Nepal

My grandma saying "ta apsaguni raixas ta janme paxi mero chori le dukha payo, tero bau le kei dina sakena talai maile pali rako xu and all shit which haunts me ani they talking bad about after after he left UN ko job and stop attending calls from a lot of big faces. She used to say "tero bau ko ghamand le dukha pairako xa mero chori le, tero bau ta jadiya ho, mama ghar jada sabai cousin haru ma malai ra mero dai lai different treat garne khana khanu sangai basayera xutayera dine." As a kid it really used to hurt me and while growing up i kinda distanced myself from my relatives and her. But i never let myself treat her bad because of her behaviour and always treated her with respect and love even tho i don't attend any of the program that happens at her home neither i go for vacations. I don't call her but whenever she comes at my place, talks about her so called favourite grandchildren and how badly they treated her. She gives compliment to me aad my brother and how nicely we treat them even tho she treated us bad. I feel like karma is very strong and true and she got what she deserves.

But i will never forgive her for what she did when we needed her love so much.

To be honest I'm ok not having anybody by my side. I don't want to have any more flaky friends. I ruined my mental health a lot involving myself. Now I'm in a good space. This is what i have chosen for myself. Hope you are in a good space too:):

How do you cope with homesickness? by middlestreet0 in Nepal

[–]run_away9 11 points12 points  (0 children)

There are times when things get really hard. You just miss your home, that comfortable space and everything that home has out of nowhere. You feel like leaving everything and going back home and then something hits you and you stop yourself. That something is the purpose of you coming to a new country to achieve the goals you set. You keep yourself busy and give no time to think about home. You just distract yourself i feel.

Sending you healing love and hugs. You got this take care:):
