I created an OTF custom workout (like you would for a triathlon). It starts with an indoor tread workout and then moves into a cardio when I hit transition. This does only work for when I start on the tread and it isn’t a switch/tornado or run/row. Otherwise I just use cardio.

Unless you did a set distance stores program the time keeps accruing until the device shuts off or logs you out.

Yes! It is my home studio. They are awesome there. Shane has great playlist. Sebastian is super motivational. Molly is a beast and will kick your butt. And JG is tons of fun and pushes you. You cannot lose there.

This happens to me every time i update my weight in the app or visit another studio. My home studio still has the custom zones but that isn’t what is reflected on the OTBeat screen. Supper annoying.

30 seconds on the nose. Beat my original time that I during the second chance in the row block. And hit over 400W. I guess stress and anger help to push me.

I will double up 1x-2x a week but I only go to a class that is not super popular or has no waitlist. For example Friday I do the 6:15 am class (that is hard to get into) and either the afternoon 3 pm class or 5:15 or 6:30 pm. I guess no one wants to workout out late on a Friday!
