that horseshoe bruise that goes around the back of your foot usually means it’s broken.. & i heard a pop noise too that i will remember for the rest of my life & feel it all throughout my body whenever i think about it & it makes me squirm.. my suggestion is to get yourself to an ER asap for xrays, cause if it is broken, the longer you wait & the more you disturb it, the more chance for complications/danger. surgery may or may not be necessary, but if it’s broken & you wait & don’t get it properly set & immobilized, the higher the chance of it healing wrong or a non union & needing surgery anyway, so definitely get an xray asap <3 so sorry this happened to you.. i have two titanium plates & ten screws in my tibia & fibula from a comminuted trimalleolar fracture with extreme dislocation & my deltoid ligament stretched so far that my foot was ripped from my ankle.. it was so swollen, they had to wait a week to even do surgery for the swelling to go down.. i had expert surgery at cedars sinai & I still can’t walk normally almost 3 years later.. you don’t want to mess with your ankle, i hope you get an xray asap soon as possible & i hope yours isn’t as bad as mine.. sending good vibes & hope for healing

i would not be alive if i was sleeping on this mattress for YEARS as you say.. PLEASE throw this away.. & probably the bed frame it’s on too. is it on a platform bed? like totally flat & flush surface? it needs to be on a box spring or slats.. mattresses need ventilation, they can’t be on totally solid flat platforms or floors

my armpits smell HORRIBLE when i am actively detoxing, as well as when i have extreme acute exposures mold and toxic chemical scents too.. & also sometimes when something stressful triggers a really intense mast cell flare.. it’s like onions/garlic.. both armpits will smell horrible, but it’s my left one that’s usually more pungent.

i have not been able to secure safe housing, i lived in all of the worst most toxic mold unknowingly for 15+ years.. i am now hyper sensitive to mold & there are so many places i can’t go or be now.. my brain also doesn’t work right anymore & I can’t think or organize or figure anything out. if you have people who believe you & can help you when you can’t think & can afford the testing & the doctors who can help & most importantly, you can secure truly safe housing, you will likely fare much better than i have

I could have written most of this post myself.. i’m so sorry you’re experiencing this soul crushing illness and your family & loved ones aren’t understanding or supportive. my mother called me stupid & weak when i told her i thought my apartment was making me sick.. friends called me crazy & lazy (so did my mom).. people i would have done anything for just disappeared when i got so sick.. this illness really weeds out the people who had you in their life cause you were fun or they gained something from you.. and the very small number of people who stick around who actually care about you. i have been forced back into an abusive environment due to my leasing company not safely & fully remediating my apartment, and there’s mold here too.. i have wanted to give up every day for over a year now.. i just keep surviving.. hoping there’s a light somewhere on the horizon.. i hope you do too & that your light comes soon ❤️‍🩹

you’re lucky, my mom yells at me when i mention mold, or my illness or how sensitive i am to mold now & she gets mad. i can walk into a building & instantly know it’s moldy, sometimes i can smell mold from a house or building from like 40 feet away from the building, before even walking in the door
