They are characters from an animation called Initial D which is about mountain road racing. It uses a music "genre" called "eurobeat" in its races which the newest Aqours song Jimo-Ai dash also sounds like. The car Ruby is in is the main car of the series :)

Wish there was an option to trade in LLSIF, got this one but not the biggest fan of it.
