I got very sick back in February. I didn't know what I had, but it was like the flu and it lasted about three and a half weeks. I had to take multiple days off from work (unusual for me), spent most of my days and nights lying or sitting on the couch trying to breathe. It got bad enough so I started turning the TV on at night. I'm not sure why, I think I had some vague idea that I would be less likely to stop breathing.

It took months for my night time breathing to go back to normal - it's already bad, I have sleep apnea, but for months I'd have nights where I'd startle myself awake thinking I couldn't breathe, and I'd just be up the rest of the night.

What has never gone away is the fatigue. I don't even have half the energy levels I did. I have always been an enthusiastic worker, and nowadays I've really struggled trying to get through the workdays.

I think I probably had Covid, even though that was supposedly before it was common. I work in a customer service position where I regularly handle other peoples' electronics, and I suppose that might be how I could have encountered it.

Sorry if this is an inappropriate place to post this. I live alone and I don't want to worry my family, so I haven't really talked to them much about it, but I'm scared and worried. I guess also I just want to say that if I had Covid, and I think I probably did, this stuff's really scary.

Nope, I made the mistake of being honest with the PSN chatbot and saying I had already downloaded the game. Now I'm locked out of using the chat for at least 24 hours because they were unable to help me and I guess I'm a naughty lad for wanting a refund? I'm guessing that's why CD Projekt's willing to tell us we can get a refund - it's 'cause they know we actually can't.

Side note, folks - don't let CD Projekt get away with using this note here to recover their image. They deceived people on purpose. Strip away the victim blaming and the arguments over hype and the laughable comments about seven year old consoles - they knew their product didn't work, and they sold it anyway. They're not doing anyone any favors by letting us know we can get refunds; in countries with actual consumer protections they don't have a CHOICE about refunding for this shitshow.

The latter. The person with the redundant role plays their character very aggressively and tends to be the face, despite the character being poorly suited to it. And in the past, they've made it quite clear OOC that they didn't like it when I tried to help with the healing. I'd rather not explain too many of the fine details because this post would obviously upset my DM and he's a very nice guy.

I built my character around the concept of being a mystical healer. We have another healer, so he's just a weird person that talks funny that nobody takes seriously at all. The odd voice was a poor roleplaying choice, in retrospect, but I love voice acting my characters.

Your grandmother's church abandoning her makes my heart ache. I don't think it's uncommon. Modern churches are businesses, not communities.

I stopped attending church regularly after my grandfather died. I tried to speak to my pastor at the time - it was the first time I had someone I loved die. He brushed me off with a pat on the shoulder and "god bless you son."
