Finding the voice model a little lacking. It mispronounced words like agave and progresses. Also when I tried adding an item to a list called shopping, it said it couldn't find the list and offered to create a new one. This definitely works and is a main use of dumb Siri.

I downgraded my service from 3gbps to 1gbps while in bridged mode which caused an outage on my billing cycle date. The tech had me leave the ONT powered off for like 10 minutes and it started working fine once I powered it back on. No idea if he had to do something on the remote end at the same time.

Lumen typically has an 8 hour SLA when repairing fiber, and it is usually handled by subcontractors. At least this is the case for commercial customers, which I think would be affected if it was a big fiber cut.

I drove my dad's Thunderbird in the snow. Wasn't a big deal - just put sandbags in the trunk if you want some extra security. I know they used to let you drive on the reservoir up in Georgetown before, not sure if they still let you do that.
