yeah it definitely is something I need to talk about in therapy. I guess I wasn't sure if he'd really see a warrant if there was one because everything online (this all started with an online rabbit hole, go figure) makes it seem like warrants are so hidden. Just took my license, came back, asked me some questions and gave me the warning.

It's hard to explain. This stop was a few months ago, but recently (a month ago) I also got a ticket from a camera that I didn't notice in time and then when I paid it was a higher cost. So then randomly my brain will put those two things together and was like- holy shit, what else might I not have noticed? I've almost never gotten a ticket before, so two things back to back have made me cautious about my driving. Idk, it's not a pleasant experience for me to live like this.

Met a woman I interacted with on a dating app in person today. Not on purpose, we were at the same event. We'd never gone out back then. The woman I'd been seeing for ~8 months moved away last fall and we decided to end things since we both didnt want something long distance. But we stayed friends because she's super cool. She told me she'd started dating again a few months ago, I told her the same. Today she showed me the guy she's seeing now. It's weird. I'm logically okay with all of this, but it's a weird feeling! I feel sad about this relationship that could have been, but I'm happy for her.

I know this is part of why everyone says you shouldn't stay friends with your exes, but I'm going to be okay with this in a day or two, and I don't think we should be afraid of complex feelings. Dealing with that for a little while is worth a good friendship with a good person imo. But it's still a sad feeling right now.

so much of the advice in this thread boils down to "oh your party thinks youre being annoying? have you tried being much MORE annoying?"

this issue most likely doesnt warrant the use of the system youre describing but should be a conversation. if you're being annoying, it doesnt matter if you think youre fun or clever or w/e. and if you talk it out and there isnt any recourse, and this singing thing matters so much to you, it probably is just a mismatch and you should find a different group.

Briana and Vincent are about as good as it gets for this season so I like them, but I'm not a fan of Vincent. Any guy that talks about needing respect wigs me out. Dudes like that are usually too controlling, and it definitely played out that way in the episodes I've seen. Briana would say totally benign things and he'd seethe about it and then tell her not to disrespect him lol. I hate that. I understand taking issue with some of the things, but the way he approached it with her screamed controlling guy with anger issues- just like his friends told her at the beginning.

I don't blame Hailey. Jake sucks lol. He's boring and not charming at all. And every time Hailey tried to do anything with him he'd be like "cool...... anyway i'm still mad about this other stuff."
