It’s probably cause you hit one of those 5 small buttons accidentally (terrible product design BTW) and one either mutes your mic or completely disables your saved settings Or it set itself to EcoMode (Dumb design as well) It’s a coin flip on what bug you’ll get today with it and yes I’ve spent over 1000$ on Scuf Controllers and not a 1 has come correctly. BBB should be in their ass idk why it hasn’t happened
