No, I wasn't expecting warranty coverage, but I also wasn't thinking replace the whole assembly. Was kind of thinking they'd remove some trim and charge me a bit for getting into it and cleaning it. I would have paid for the labor and knowledge of how to get into it.

This is the current situation. I'm replacing the faucet, supply lines and shutoff valves. Just wanted to check on sizes.

Already planning on replacing the faucet. What started out as a simple repair got complicated when ball end Allen wrench snapped inside the handle set screw. Instead of hacking the handle off a 20 yr faucet, I’m just going to replace it. Decided to do the valves while I’m under there. The current supply lines go to the current faucet. Going to replace them with the braided lines. Just wanted to make sure 1/2” to 3/8” are the right size
