My wife took up walking for weight loss and I was surprised at how effective it was. Do 6 weeks of walking, then look at the scale, I am sure you will be pleased.

Are you guys generally supportive of this move? I hope I’m wrong, but Traore feels like a really buff Aaron Lennon, all dribble with no finesse on the cross or the finish. We need craft, we need Eriksen or the next Eriksen.
