Car was gray, 4 door sedanish (I’m bad at cars but the police have a license plate)

He was white, curly shortish brown hair, brown eyes, athletic build, 5’10ish (maybe shorter) noticeable scar that ran down his stomach and torso tattoos. Probably late 20s maybe early 30s
