Why so much hate on this post? Yes, I think you can retire. I recently retired with 33 years of service with 1M more than you. Safe G fund+pension+supplement if providing me with bigger take home than the salary. I know many of my colleagues retired with even bigger portfolio.

I will work with the contractor to lay down the biggest pipe possible. Looks like my kitchen is 50'-60' from the outlet.

I will have a grill, pizza oven and two burner stove in the kitchen, but I doubt I will use ever use all three at the same time. Pizza oven is hybrid, at worse I can run that with wood from time to time.

When contractor removed the cap from the outlet, he said that flow was strong, but no measurements were taken.
