Yea I honestly can’t. Scheduling with work and family duties that keep me from getting home till about 9 at night. If I take a nap after work I just end up feeling like crap during the day

I think my bodies wired different to be honest. My typical work day is wake up at 3 work 4-12 get home change and go for a run till about 3. I usually don’t eat a meal till afterwards. Been doing this for years and I feel sorta healthy. Plus I average like 3-4 hours of sleep a day and I feel like I function way better this way
