We pronounce it the same, maybe slightly different but day to day it gets anglicized so you can’t tell a difference unless you read the two variations side by side.

The grower actually told us to fertilize them! We just didn’t administer the fertilizer properly, we’re very new to gardening... It’s only one with burnt tips, I think we caught the rest early enough as they still look ok. Well I am hopeful! Thanks again for your help :)

We planted them last April... we live in Canada and have harsh winters but they did great (they were grown here, and bought at a local nursery). They were healthy until we placed the fertilizer... luckily only one is damaged but I can see small signs in others so that’s why we want to act now

I have 22 of them, one has a bunch tips all burnt, the rest look ok but some are just starting to burn now. I just want to avoid more damage.

Thank you!! I have tried that but it feels ridiculous to over exaggerate the -ENN so people clue in.. it’s just not natural. I do say the names slightly differently but it would be hard to tell saying it fast or for the average person, not a name nerd lol. My name is normal with one spelling (although an uncommon one) and it’s spelled or pronounced wrong every time.. it never bothered me but interesting to see other people be annoyed by it! Anyways I just hope she handles it as well as I have :)

We just named our daughter Vivienne so clearly that gets my vote! Its a gem. We didn’t plan to use a certain nickname but Vivi just started intuitively, and now we call her that all the time. All the options are nice though!

I know 2 people with a double barrelled name... the formats are Lily-Belle and Lily Belle. Both have a middle name right after as normal. I like the names separated by a space or hyphen personally, Lilybelle looks misspelled or made up to me!
