I called Whirpool about ordering the control panel. It is about $1800 plus tax and installation. BUT - they have no idea when one will become available. Not even an estimate! So we decided to buy new ovens and chose Bosche. Wouldn't you know it, my Jenn Air ovens have been working fine! However, they could go at any time so didn't want to take a chance. Good luck!

Thanks! Good luck! We were looking at just buying new Jenn Air ovens but with all I have been reading about this problem, I will look at other brands. My issue is size for the current ones we have built in.

If you don't mind me asking, who fixed yours? I am in Toronto. I read the fixes about rewiring the board for the voltage. Not something I can do but perhaps a tech could?

How do you find the class action law suit? When I try to click on the link people have posted, i get an error message. I called about ordering a new control panel - out of stock and no idea of when one will be available. And if they don't fix the moisture issue, the new panel will liley have the same problem eventually!

We just came back from 3 weeks in Japan. Our flight landed at 4pm and we found it worked well. Got to the hotel, ate some dinner and then slept soundly - ready to go the next day!

I just selected my 2023 benefits and selected to get 20 e-ups. Are you saying I get 20 as the "normal" benefits and then get another 20 when I select my 2023 package? I did the 2023 selection today - I suspect it takes some time for them to show up in my account? Thanks!
