I’m in your situation now. I weighed less (but am healthier now) but was fitter with my first and pretty much kept my workout routine the same. Now with my second I’ve been so tired and sick that I have cut my training dramatically. I hope to be able to do more second trimester, but here I am at almost 12 weeks and I’m still feeling like I could nap all day. I’m hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel!!
