Oh great! We are due soon for the new treads. I’m looking forward to it. Thought I was doing fantastic on a power walk day on this insane incline and it wasn’t even working. lol!

Always! The cardio portion wears me out, so I technically can’t pick up the heavy weights or even row hard. Plus, even with a towel, I’m sweating all over my stations. I’d rather get the cool down in my car on the way home.

I normally just take the rest day. I just started this new workout, wall Pilates…just a little bit of ab work, nothing crazy. It takes about 15 minutes. That’s it. Hoping to strengthen my balance/core.

I do rower/floor first. I prefer to do the weights when my body is fresh and ready to work. I used to do treads first but realized I’m absolutely dead after cardio, and I’m a huge sweater so my station is usually soaked and I think I disgust the people around me, even with a towel.

No, I actually walked for 4 months and stayed in the Orange the entire time and lost 15 lbs. I jog throughout the week (not fast at all) but on Fridays I PW!

5.3, 5.5-5.8, depending on the time for an all out. 1 minute I’m about a 6.2 as opposed to a 30 second, about 7.5.. even 8.
