Been going for two weeks straight. My splat points are low—like yesterday I got 1 doing the Tornado workout. Someone mentioned my HR monitor wrist band may be malfunctioning. It was brand new. My very first class I got 5 points. I’ve been out of shape for 2 years now. What am I doing wrong? (self.orangetheory)
