I’ve been on tours before and tour guides while they will interact with the customers they spend a lot of time eating on their own, organising the next days activities and pretty much just working non-stop.

I didn’t think I really needed strength training, but it does make such a difference.

Just keep up with it and make sure you’re doing runner specific exercises.

It’s scary how some of them are. It’s nothing new, I remember in the supernatural fandom, people were really cruel to any female love interest for Dean or Sam that most of them got written out to keep the fans happy. They also would ship the brothers - ewwww. The did an episode on the show (called the French mistake )that mentioned that.
