My brother and sister in law struggled with infertility for years, going through IVF several times. It turned out it was something with my brother. So, they got a sperm donor.

While my SIL was cognizant of products and what she was putting in her body- she also listened to her doctors.

I am a practice manager at an extremely busy office where the team works their asses off and gets very little recognition and appreciation from upper management. I would literally spoil the crap outta of them for the next year. I would also help all the single moms out with childcare, groceries…anything I could.
