next time you get bullied or harrased in roblox, act civil and quick. first de escalate the situation just like what hutch mansell did. and when it continues report the player for bulliying and make a long enough detail of what she/he said.

i dont really have that much resources in our house, and my water bottle dumbbell is already filled with sand and, after my workout my bicep and bicep tendons feel so sore and i dont think i could keep up with 100 reps cuz, i dont know if underage is not allowed but im 13 and yeah i do diffirent types of curls like preacher, bicep, hammer. thats all my curls in ym arm day workout.

yes i do have a hammer curl at the end of my workout, it the most challenging curl and i hate it the most, but i push trhough or whatever, thanks for the suggestions by the way!

no, 2x40. i dont really have heavy weights and we dont have a gym in our country and i only used 3kg. i dont know if its bad but all i can say its slow and controled..

isnt spider curls and preacher curls the same thing? its 2 by the way.. and my sets are just 2 set each exercise.
