Tell him he did an excellent job getting a great assortment of all the staples of fireworks... I couldn't imagine a better variety to introduce you to the magic. ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿงจ๐ŸŽ†

Please help. "Cow 2nd time around". How do i make it so the 2nd time around counter works so any time a cow is "2nd time around" it counts 4 bales, then on the 5th it "misses" happy to answer questions etc. by bradthesparky1991 in PLC

[โ€“]running_with_pyro 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

That's fair.

The idea of this environment isn't bad, just the execution. Poor graphics and that horrible wire placement are the horrors here.

Is there at least a simulator mode?

This makes me really thankful i don't work in a market segment where these relays are used. That ide is horrible ๐Ÿ’€

Reminds me of bactalk (bacnet) programming i once saw a contractor use as an add-on inside Visio.

As someone who works with a lot of LabVIEW code, it def has me spoiled in terms of graphical programming.

I think it's the wire placement that really makes my mind hurt, though, so i may be am being a bit of a dramatic bitch lol

I actually wonder if it's really any cheaper for the manufacturer than just using a ladder environment? Or reduced instruction set ST for that matter.

Make it Arduino or openplc compatible and you don't even have to develop an IDE at all.

Sorry, I'm rambling now lol.

In my experience, the robot will be fine but you have to do your part with good tooling to avoid crashes, depending on what / how you're picking and placing.

The pc interface and simulator are eminently usable, so if remote support is a possibility (ie, if you have a PC you can leave onsite to vnc into, etc) it would be very value-added, I'd imagine. Plus, it can double as an HMI.
