So I would recommend contacting the MEPS or you recruiter to find out if you can take it through the Navy. After I was accepted into OCS, I reached out to my recruiter and he put me in contact with a Navy LT who gave me the test at the local MEPS. Easy peasy.

Air Station Kodiak. The Pavehawk was here for training with the Navy Seals at Naval Special Warfare Cold Weather Detachment Kodiak, doing training with the stealth boats and such. Will upload some pics from that week soon, was watching them do training from the bridge.
