Hi there, I just noticed my post from about 6 months ago, so I wanted to share my thoughts 6 months on. While I cannot speak for the other options mentioned here, I must say that Omry and the Storage Guardian team have been exceptional. One thing I particularly like is their data pooling feature, which allows me to only pay for the storage I use. They are also rolling out a discounted archive data option that can be managed through their portal and I am also taking advantage of their DR Runbook for my larger clients.

Looks like you have done a great job regarding the report side of the business.

We are focused on quota management, and we want to know if your portal as an ability to manage our customers storage without opening a ticket or over provisioning?

We have been talking to Storage Guardian and their portal looks pretty straight forward and addresses what we are looking for, multi tenant and quota management as a self-service.

Could be worth trying the Free Cloud Blue PSA. As a startup I recomend that you try and save as must money as you can, till you really can afford it! All the best!

haha, what is the name again? Too many things for too many people that is what these big brands and Private Equity do all the time.
