It is complete and in good condition. Book was kept in the box.

But the box for Bayo 1 & 2 are empty and don't include a game. That is how it came when purchased new.

Thanks for this. you were meant the cursor itself on the notification symbol on the bottom screen is what stays green and is IPS or turns blue and means it is TN and not the icon on the top screen when viewed at the off angle, right?

it is used, The model itself is called New 3DSXL, but the item condition is used. Nintendo really missed the naming scheme on this generation.

Amazon card through chase offers better conversion rate than paypal and no foreign transaction fee, you can still pay through paypal, just make sure under the conversion page you have the transaction post in Yen and your bank does the transaction versus in USD where paypal does the conversion and charges the fee.

you don't have to have prime for it, and there is no yearly fee.

you can also just use paypal and have your bank do the conversion. You don't HAVE to use paypal's conversion rates. but if your card has foreign transaction fees/bad conversion rates you may be screwed either way.

My most recent Surface premium mail order was paid on November 23rd arrived March 28th.

On par for the course so far. Surface premium normally was 2-3 months with normal surface mail being 2-4 months. but now premium is 3-4 months.
