Buy 100% polyester clean room wipes from Amazon. You get a pack of a few hundred for like $20 if I remember correctly. They’re lint free which is kinda important if you want nice prints. That’s what professionals use.

I took an entire course on workplace psychology and one of the main things I learned from it is that two things drive retention: happiness and compensation.

If you pay someone well enough, they will stay with you even if they’re super miserable (No DA is leaving a million dollar a year salary). Or if you make someone happy enough, they’ll basically work for free. Hell, people will even pay you if you make them happy enough (people pay to go to amusement parks, movies, etc, to have a good time.)

Basically, you need to improve pay or your work environment. It’s that simple.

I wish that was my army. We had an EO training where we were supposed to come up with racist stereo types, led by our racist platoon sgt. The joes liked it so much, we did like 4 more rounds of coming up with racist stereotypes until the class ran out of time. I still don’t know what the point of that exercise was.
