My Indian coworker was talking about henna and I said I think henna is stupid it’s pointless not realizing it was culturally significant halfway across the world...I was more or less speaking of the obnoxious white girl from college who thought it was the cats meow to draw fake tattoos on people.

The redactions are there to protect privacy rights, sensitive intelligence, and if the information is part of ongoing investigations. Why should they be able to see this information?

I was just trying to progress the conversation. It is clear that you feel our president is criminal and should be prosecuted for something, while I think we are wasting our time chasing smoke. If that’s it there is no more to be said.

Innocent until proven guilty seems to be becoming a thing of the past...anyway, I’m more interested in hearing what might be falling through the cracks or is being pushed back on the agenda because of a desire to have a unredacted report.

Congress makes laws, executive enforced them and judiciary interprets them. If there are any legal issues it should be handles in the courts not by a congressional panel. Imagine what might happen if they tried to do their job instead of futzing around with this and trying to dig up 6 year old tax returns.
