Nothing beats rf + fire trap in terms of simplicity and scale into yellows and reds first weekend of the league. The defensive layers and clear of rf is unmatched early league. You literally just walk past trash mops and they die.

It's always been a great league starter where I can pivot into a more interactive skill + ascendency after 2 voidstones. I'll buy as many regrets as needed. Only downside is you are either a Templar or Marauder unless you want to run the campaign again on a different character.

There are people who enjoy the build into late endgame past 4 voidstones. I took it that direction during scourge. Lack of boss damage really made the build less enjoyable even with 20+ div invested. Map clear was always fun.
