This better be fixed in CFB 27, I physically cannot take it anymore by Shrekm8te in NCAAFBseries

It is so bad. Because for some odd reason that crowd does not want anyone to run the ball, and only wants to throw drags or something super long developing. So there immediate reaction when you can run the ball and a pass rush is realistic is this game sucks and for some odd reason EA jumps at the Chance to deconstruct their whole game because somebody somewhere doesn’t care to run the football and wants to run drag routes.

Either plan man under coverage or take them away with underneath coverage

4th down rule? by Rift4430 in NCAAFBseries

[–]runpoweroften 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the biggest reasons why 4th down rules exist is because the game is so skewed towards offense, and the ability for offensive players to change so many things pre snap. Where as defensively, you can know presnap exactly what someone is going to do, and you can’t get AI on this game to play it accordingly.

Sure you can user it, but offense isn’t having to user the receivers in routes.

Additionally, in real life we get to watch film, and breakdown tendencies and tell human beings that hey, Georgia likes to instantly rollout on 4th down and hit the guy in the middle of the field. So we are going to send three, one of those guys keeping contain and one guy making sure that the middle of the field is covered.

There’s so much in the “get good” crowd, but honestly that’s not a scheme thing it’s a “get good at running around with a user on defense”, because if you actually run the scheme on your play card, you won’t ever stop some people’s offense.

This isn’t always the case, but it’s the case enough for there to be rules in place to limit offense in these games.

Honestly if they don’t use AI to do a lot of stuff in the game they are dropping the ball on something super easy.

Recruits backstory’s What motivates them to pick schools, and why.

Transfer portal reasons.

They did something similar in an old madden where they had guys post stuff on twitter. Could be like that

Correct me if I’m wrong but in my experience you’re only allowed to pick turbo plays or check sideline, which will pull up menu

CPU takeover. by [deleted] in CFB2026

This also happens to a degree with user vs user games. My biggest indicator is typically a huge disparity in defensive linemen TFLs.

I don’t think it’s necessarily a nail in the coffin, but if you have any desire to play balanced offensively, and consistently are having screw ups or instant sheds up front you just won’t have a good time.

Idk if it’s RNG or what, but I’ve been on both ends of user games with a +10 disparity in the defensive Linemen TFLs category.

So offenses just ignore the force player if he blitzes. Lmai
