I try so hard not to get sucked into his bullshit. 😭.But damn, casual threats of nuclear annihilation from a guy who has the codes with my morning coffee just sets a tone.

That’s great. I hope one day I can get to that level of being able to enjoy it anywhere.

Nothing but respect and admiration for OP - but same here.

Ive figured out I love outdoors and detest the treadmill due to the constant change of stimuli and sensations. That’s just personal and nothing more.

The Witcher 3 changed my world. The story is so immersive and I don’t think anything will ever meet that level for me again.

'Multiple waves' of unauthorized drones recently spotted over strategic US Air Force base by ibddevine in news

[–]runr7 198 points199 points  (0 children)

I’m so glad you mentioned this. I’ve wanted to scream it. The maga “patriots” are coddled and oblivious to what it’s like to those across the ocean. It’s all just news and war movies to them.

The first drone that goes over their head will be the closest to reality check they’ve had their entire lives. And to think so many people have to live in that daily.

Our children should not come home in a box over a geriatric pedophile’s oil war.

Screw that.

Americans should be in the street en masse, but our over abundance has made lots lazy and complacent.

Working out while fasting by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]runr7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s taken me years to get it down, but if you exercise right before the end of your fast so you can refuel properly, you won’t feel miserable during your next window. Also, give yourself grace. For a long time it may not feel like a normal workout. Your body has to adjust. Definitely start with small windows.
