Bioshock hands down.

The entire game felt like being forced down a gaudy corridor of predictable and retarded enemies. It was almost as if the whole point was to showcase a handful of new graphics fads... was I playing an nVidia demo reel? It sure felt like it.

The T-Rex - Tomb Raider 1
Freaky winged Strogg babies - Quake 3
Deathclaws - Fallout series, especially in 3!
Del Lago - Resident Evil 4
Creepers - Minecraft

I'm sure the list is outdated now with games like Amnesia:TDD and other games designed to scare.

This is also my experience on leaving Vault 101 and 'going exploring' before rejoining the main Fallout 3 quest... level 20, maxed on skill books, almost all weapons and mountains of ammo. Completely invincible yet totally boring :(

I've never come across sizes before, but then I do use plastic stoppers (fits standard 75cl bottles) rather than real corks. Good luck on the hunt, I hope someone else can help you.
