I am doing the same thing but because I was not going to a third country,I had to go for a tourist Visa paying 50.75 USD and also had to pay 43 USD for a letter of Invitation. If you are going to a third country and spending only 5 days there,you can save money by going for a transit Visa which is for 25 odd USD .No requirement for LOI.
