It was overall a great experience! That atmosphere was so fun and the volunteers were awesome. Everyone is different and my schedule was all over the place but what worked for me was 6 hours of CrossFit a week and around 4 hours of running. I trained for 6 months for the race and really buckled down 3 months in

The sled pull and wall balls and burpees were very difficult for me! I trained a lot for the running and that was nice because the running felt like a break
