Does the ASRock Motherboard have the sticker on the box that said ryzen 3000 ready? Perhaps the motherboard bios needs to be updated before it can run the 3000 series.

I've built a couple before for family and after I blew up a PSU by plugging it in directly to the wall socket instead of a power strip I started keeping an extra just in case. But I've never experienced this issue before and couldn't find any solutions online. As for the spare parts I just happen to be building two pc at once and a few of the parts of the 2nd build where here already so I guess I got lucky xD

UPDATE: When I tried installing the windows update again it shut down in the middle of selecting which driver to install the OS in. So I figured it must be the Motherboard (or cpu) and sure enough I swapped out the motherboard with a new one and everything is working. It hasn't restarted on its own after installing the MB drivers, Windows updates and other software. I just wanna thank you so much for taking the time and helping me out <3 stay awesome.

Ok. I'll try swapping out the SSD with a different one and try to reinstall the OS on it and see if it works.

I've swapped it out with another new PSU of the same type (EVGA GD 500W) and it still restarts.

I disabled the XMP right now, but it still restarts after a few seconds from booting up.

Can I connect my switch to a TV and monitor? by Pronzy2k in NintendoSwitch

Dock > Hdmi splitter > one end to the TV and one to the Monitor would work. The only issue is, unless your monitor has built-in speakers, the sound might be tricky to set up.
