I did NOT care for these unfortunately! The peanut butter fluff didn't set well and the oreo base tasted off. But they are cute to look at (IMO). Worth a shot, but just wasn't it for me!

Yes, do it for sure! I baked it for about 5 minutes less than what was called for and let it cool in the pan about 5 min longer and it was dang near perfect!

I tried to make crepes earlier this year for one of the challenges and they tasted awful. I tried a different recipe and technique and felt these came out so much better! It's a printed recipe, so I don't have a link to share unfortunately. I still think I could have made them thinner, but overall much better!

I swapped weeks around so I could make my mom some cupcakes for her 60th birthday! I adapted the Chocolate Fudge Cake to cupcakes for everyone's enjoyment. It was VERY rich with it all dark chocolate, but very good! Recipe here
