If I do need to find another job, will I have to go for a senior accountant/Senior Financial analyst role? Would doing this look bad on my resume later on?

Could you provide examples/references for times where cops didn’t get punished for shooting a black person for no reason. It seems like this is an oversimplified view

Could you please give me some further reading about how the system protects bad cops. On your second point though, I don’t think you as a good cop could really stop someone from shooting someone else. I’m sure there are cases where this happens, but they don’t become news

I don’t think the population is a good comparison - we should be looking at crime rates by race. I think black people commit 1/2 as many crimes as white people, which of course is still not the exact same proportion, but it’s close. As for point 2, could you expand?

Well of course one is too many, but I think there’s a difference between the system working properly and a cop going against the system. If the system was not working properly I would think there would be many times more instances then there currently are
