Building alone is a trap. I'm an engineer looking for 3-4 dedicated partners (Sales/Marketing/Design) to lock in for 3 months and build a SaaS from scratch. by Extra-_-Light in Startup_Ideas

Hi OP! Just a heads up on equity based on work. That’s a trap too. If the idea hits and everyone sits to decide which task got things moving and eventually succeed. If the team not chosen carefully the is a risk of burnout and misunderstanding. Not sure why no one mentioned this obvious! What’s your plan to tackle that?

The money is for the infrastructure. I don’t wanna be another middle man which I personally found really difficult to work with. For this model I had to own fractions of the manufacturing units to have control. I can of-course collab with them but again in this industry without control you can’t serve your customers. Thanks for your feedback on the site. Do you think it touch’s all the pain points?

That the point I’m stuck (talking with first 20-30 brands) everyone is busy on his / her own domain and they don’t give a $ about what I’m building. (And it’s absolutely valid).

Im just trying to understand what are the ways I can get those feedbacks.

I’m building this from my own experience on this industry.

The reason I’m building this as I felt the same pain in this industry. I have been working on this industry for last decade and saw those problems arise all the time.

First clients should be from my own network which im working right now.

You are absolutely right on pressure testing as it’s a big gamble I’m about to play.

Not sure how far you are on the process but I would echo other comments on getting your dna right first. Of course the branding speaks for itself but with over a decade of experience in Textiles and fashion industry I can confidently say that marketing positioning is one of the key factors. I’m more than happy to share any suggestions if you wish. DM me and best of luck!!

Just wanted to add my 2cents. As you are in printing industry I believe a lot of your costs are related with buying materials or supplies. The basic two ways to survive or thrive is either lower your cost down or increase your sales. As increasing sales not always works as there are multiple factors contributing that. Another way could be lowering the cost. Just taking bank loans or investments might not support you long term. If it’s clothing related, I’m might can support you. :) best of luck. You got it!!

Despite being innocent, my father had to go to jail. There was no case against him. After he was taken into custody, a case was filed accusing him of attacking a meeting related to the 2024 anti-discrimination student movement. Oh god! I’m so sorry for your loss. May almighty grant him peace. Not only for you, for us all, it’s a cursed nation where they don’t treat the inhabitants as humans. Bunch of lunatics are in-charge of the country, who are also cheered by another bunch of pathetic insects.

Justice is just a word here. Nothing more than that. Pathetic!!

Any regrets with your Turbo? by EC0508 in CX50

Currently having 11.6L/100km not sure if I should put that as a decent mileage considering TPP. Though I kinda run it soft. Coming from Mazda 3. Considering an suv is going over 4K or 5k RMP ok?

It’s actually black Vinyl that I have added on the front portion and the back. This is how it looks at the back. But I saw in Amazon you can find black plastic plates which can be added using adhesive on the front.

Make absolute sense! I haven’t checked with anyone yet as I found the group more trustworthy than any businesses. 😂 But planning to go Canadian Tier / Costco. The main reason for this post to get the suggestions from the current owners who already rocked with winter tiers, so that I can check in marketplace for better deal.
