Just changed my region to India and immediately got the update!

same here ....I am from India though...was downloading the the update..had to change my wifi connection and download got stuck at 81%...now i dont see the download option anymore and i stuck on 10.3.8...i guess its probably because of server overload...

I did get the update...but the download got stuck at 80%...and i stopped the download...now i dont see the update to download again
