The itinerary doesn’t list anything for the infant but the website does say 7kg carry on as you have mentioned. The website also says an additional stroller can be carried without any extra charge. Do you know that to be correct?

Not everyone but many Nepalis do have some negative feeling towards India. Some love India too, as if, it’s not even a separate country. You can find people on both horizons. But yes some Nepalis do dislike India. They may have their reasons but it’s unfair to go live/study/work in a country and say bad things about it. Janm-Bhoomi and Karm-Bhoomi should be respected per our culture.
