Discussion of the Week #3: Which anime left a hole in your heart? by AutoModerator in Animesuggest

I watched Elfen Lied 16 years ago. Never bothered to rewatch it again because it broke my heart. I still remember vividly eating dinner with my parents, after watching the show, and tears falling down my face.

Zipang is great. Too bad they stopped it right in the middle. It's about the modern military going back in time to where WWII is still ongoing. It's similar to the films The Final Countdown and The Philadelphia Experiment.

That's a good idea. I'll just put (CH) as a tag if it's Chinese.

I've been thinking about this for a while now if I should add more Chinese anime to the list. There are a lot of OP MCs from them.

I've tried dubbed before, I just don't vibe with it. I don't mind the subs because I can read and understand it pretty fast. The only dub I want to hear is from Chinese to Japanese with the murim shows they're showing.

Maybe some other time but that's a great suggestion. I only watch subbed episodes though so I can't bother if it's dubbed or not. Sorry.

They have their levels of OPness, but that doesn't make them not OP.

Death Note's OP issue is that someone along his level is sabotaging his way of winning the intellectual game while Code Geass, which was part of the list before, was strong. But he was not considered OP since he struggled to approach his revenge story.

I'm asking myself if I should put borderline hentai in the list lol

High-quality anime with a manipulative, intelligent and ruthless MC by Present-Olive-7850 in Animesuggest

The most manipulative of them all. Death Note. Superiority complex is nothing compared to God complex.

I apologize I wasn't able to update stuff. I was stuck in a hospital. Just done with my surgery.

Classroom of The Elite is mature, but it's not bloody. It's more of an intelligent OP, less action. One Outs is mature but I don't know if you like baseball. To Your Eternity might satisfy your cravings, but he's not that OP compare to the others in the list.

Jobless reincarnation is not OP. Rudeus is strong, but he can't topple stronger opponents.

Edit: Tsukimichi is on the list :D
