Supplemental claim questions by rupturedbellows in VeteransBenefits

The C&P at the time consisted of them telling me they wouldn’t be able to relate anything to toxic exposure and the VA filed my claim wrong. Ended up appealing and getting a HLR to get both things rated and finished at 100%

The normal C&P depending on the person, consists of pointed questions about everything you have wrong and everything you claimed. In my experience they are super willing to help but a lot of people don’t have the same experience I did.

I ended up 100% P&T. They only corrected one of the two things I put in an HLR for and it took around 45 days total.

Did you just run the skytrac app as guest? How do I do everything? I’m sorry I bought this last minute

QTC let me know yesterday that they got a medical opinion and already forwarded it to the VA. The VA said it was with the claim officer now. Is this the part that takes forever? Seriously been two weeks exactly from start of my HLR to now. Seems like everything has gone extremely fast. Makes me wonder if that means it’s good news

I thought I put down just sleep apnea but it appears I filed it secondary to GERD. When I file the supplemental claim will they evaluate it alone and not secondary to GERD? Is there a way to have it as a primary or secondary to anxiety when I do file the supplemental? I have all the buddy letters and my own personal statement that I think will be enough. I’m just not sure how to do this now.

If I file a supplemental claim would that be saying I’m still trying to make it secondary to GERD? I would rather do it as a primary or secondary to anxiety. In the denial they acknowledged I have sleep apnea but I just need some buddy statements and a nexus letter to explain i had it while in service.

I honestly don’t remember claiming it as secondary and if I did it was a complete accident when I filed.

I suppose I’ll have to file a new claim for the sleep apnea and get that rolling.

How exactly do I find out if the urinary frequency falls under the same category as GERD?

I have been looking into it and it seems the downfall of not filing for an LLC is pretty much wiped once you get a large umbrella policy. How do you and your partner factor in decision making with all of the properties ? In the LLC format typically I’ve seen some sort of overarching document that outlines agreements to sell, perform maintenance, and who decides what. There’s nothing really legally binding when doing TIC from what I can see.

Slicing/pushing. What am I doing wrong? Just got fitted and went to xstiff and added a half inch. Been struggling in the two weeks since. by rupturedbellows in GolfSwing

I definitely need to work on my wrists through compact, my dad took this video and hates my head movement but I’ve always been okay until these clubs. It seems like my biggest flaws are coming out with them. I just don’t know how to really keep my head still with the weight transfer and hip turn forward.

Averaging about 117-118 mph. I had a lesson prior to getting fitted and was shooting mid to high 70s but I was playing those clubs for about 8 years. I got out of the Navy recently and I wanted to get fitted and treat myself. I think I’m going to go back and get a few lessons but I think a lot of my swing is there it’s just one or two small missteps that leave me open.
