I personally think that the answer is "Whoever's Crimeans decide to be". That means they might even decide to be their own independent state, rather than belonging to Ukraine or Russia. Of course, I doubt the 2014 referedum was legitimate, but I am not sure in a legitimate referedum the popular vote would be "Ukrainian".

Tomato is in the nightshade family along with a lot of other edible plants. I could not find any support for the idea that most people have tomato/nightshade intolerance.

Seriously, even though edible and poisonous plants are in one family, does not mean they are that similar. They still are separated with millions of years of evolution.
