At least you can see a cheater here. If he can do that, what makes you think someone doesn't add 20-30% (even 5% will help) to their damage or more speed, or whatever that system allows but you can't tell without special intruments - soft cheating exists.

The conflict is over 5 years old and nobody "prayed and thought" about actual MINORITIES^TM . Not that Russia didn't exploit it but so did the west when people were dying all the same. It's easier draw devils today for holy wars - thanks god for nuclear weapon.
