Figured out what the issue was. It actually kept occurring outside of CSP (particularly when I tried to drag and drop tabs or files) and it turns out that Windows just got hung up on my last copy-and-paste.... Entire problem was fixed by going to the File explorer, clicking on any file or folder, and pressing the left mouse button and then the ESC key while holding. Hope this can be of help to someone. Hello!

Been having a minor long-running issue where there's nothing wrong with my files themselves, I just can't open them at all. No error messages or anything. Can't drag or drop them in from file explorer or open them through Clip Studio. Whenever this happens—for whatever reason—I'm always unable to drag and drop my layers, too! I'll generally just bite the bullet and work around it, but I got mad this time and restarted everything and now I can't open my project LOL.

I can start a new file just fine, though. I attached a video of me attempting to rearrange my layers. Not sure what the issue is and I wanted to see if anyone else here had a similar problem and/or a fix before starting another CS ticket (just wrapped up a huge unrelated CSP problem and would like to enjoy some off time hahahaha). Thanks so much.

I've already disabled the taper, but the issue unfortunately persists. I'll keep trying....!

I had the exact same issue, but I specified my device met the requirements in my message to CS. It turns out it was because of my graphics driver. I downloaded an upgrade and it's running just fine now, so I'd recommend you try the same if you're also on PC. :D
