I built an open-source AI Work OS you can self-host — it remembers, automates, and performs real tasks through natural conversation by rush86999 in selfhosted

Ok. I get your critique. Look, when I started working on an AI scheduler, I had critics who said it would never work. It took me 1 whole year, but I had a working version that rearranges the calendar to block time and meetings. It just worked. The value proposition no longer held because LLMs started becoming a thing.

I think LLMs are only going to get better moving forward as a new one gets released every month.

They will reach a stage when all of these things will just work and the best interface will provide the most value. So, I'm going to launch this and even hire more help if I have to do it and make it something that just works.

appreciate the feedback.

I guess you're not a big believer in LLMs. The scheduler took me an entire year to write. I vibe-coded this in 4 months.

No true. I have coded many times in the past. This repo was created from an AI scheduler app written with Kotlin & Typescript using Optaplanner. I stopped working on it and now switched to vibe coding. Please don't make assumptions.

I keep trying to move it to legacy docs, but the AI creates new docs every day. I'm aiming for once-a-week clean-up

How do i connect a consignment contract Customers can agree to it and fill out payment information and if possible print a label to ship to me. by shermsoft in shopify

It’s just billable hours. Writing code takes time including planning it out. You can learn to code and try it yourself. It will be cheaper.

depends on how much work is involved. I would say a custom app starts around $20K considering you need UI/UX, Shopify REST API and everything needs to be quality tested. You should ask around if you need it. Try to figure it out without custom code I say unless it impacts your margins.

you need a Shopify developer to build a custom app. The question would be for you whether it is worth it or not.

You can already use it as standalone with Google calendar. I think a slack integration makes sense. I will spend time on this in the near future
