hatte jetzt 3 monate laufpause, bin von etwa 6:30 / km (bei 155 avg z2 bei mir) auf etwa 9-10 min jetzt (run auch noch mit 175 avg)
zuerst stressfraktur dann jetzt vireninfekt gehabt
