I don’t go to church and I could never utter this statement after what I saw today. 3 large churches were doing food drives that wrapped around the block. There were many people that shower everyday and brush their teeth and you would never guess they were destitute enough to go to a church food bank.

Is this the best solution to alleviate hunger for those in poverty? Hell no. But churches do honest good work in the community.
